2. What We Do

Ondrik provides AI-assisted tooling and advisory programmes for foundries and precision machining plants. Our services include a casting defect image review programme, a production data structuring programme and a shop floor technology adoption programme. Descriptions on this site are for information only and do not form a binding contract — programme scope is set out in a written scope document agreed before any work begins.

3. Eligibility and User Obligations

This site is intended for business users — plant managers, production engineers, quality control personnel and other professionals in the manufacturing sector. By using the site you confirm that you are acting on behalf of an organisation or in a professional capacity. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting the enquiry form and to keep contact details current.

4. Engagements, Orders and Pricing

Published prices on this site (in Malaysian Ringgit, RM) are indicative. A final price and scope are agreed in a written scope document before any programme begins. Payment terms are set out in that document. No payment is due simply by submitting an enquiry through this site.

5. Cancellations, Changes and Scope Adjustments

Once a scope document is signed, either party may request changes in writing. Material scope changes may affect the timeline and price. Cancellation terms — including any charges for work completed prior to cancellation — are set out in the scope document. Where a scope document is not yet in place, either party may withdraw from discussions at any time without penalty.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, structure, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to Ondrik. You may not reproduce, adapt or republish it without written permission. Tools, models and documentation we create during an engagement are covered by the intellectual property terms in the relevant scope document.

7. Acceptable Use

When using this site you must not attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape content in a way that disrupts normal access, submit false or misleading information, or use the site for any purpose that is unlawful under the laws of Malaysia. Automated access for legitimate research purposes (e.g. search engine crawling) is permitted within the bounds described in our robots.txt file.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Information on this site is provided for general informational purposes. We take care to keep it accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free at any given time. Our tooling programmes involve AI-assisted review; outputs are intended to support human decision-making and not to replace it. The inspector or engineer retains responsibility for final decisions.

To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, Ondrik's liability for any claim arising from use of this site or our programmes is limited to the fees paid by the client under the relevant scope document.
