1. Introduction

Ondrik operates at 7 Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak 12, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. We provide AI tooling programmes for foundries and precision machining plants, including image defect review, production data structuring and shop floor technology adoption services. This policy explains what personal data we collect through ondrik.pro, how we use it and what rights you have over it.

If you have questions about this policy, please write to [email protected] or call +60 4-586 3921.

2. Data We Collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site we collect the fields you fill in:

  • First name and, if provided, last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message content (optional)

We also collect standard server log data — IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited — and we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used. See section 5 for details.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you submit through the enquiry form to respond to your enquiry, arrange a scoping call if appropriate and send you a written scope document if the conversation moves in that direction. We don't add enquiry contacts to mailing lists or pass them to third-party marketing services without separate, specific consent.

Log data and analytics are used to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. This data is aggregated and not linked back to identifiable individuals where avoidable.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent — you choose to submit the form — and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics and performance data are processed on the basis of your cookie consent choices (see section 5).

Our data handling practices are guided by applicable local data-protection law in Malaysia. We handle personal data responsibly and do not share it except as described in this policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking

This site uses cookies in three categories: essential cookies required for the site to function, performance and analytics cookies that help us understand how pages are used, and advertising cookies that support measurement of paid campaigns. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the preference panel on the site, or read our full Cookie Policy for details of the specific cookies in use.

6. Third Parties and Processors

We may share data with a small number of service providers who help us operate the site and run advertising campaigns. These include analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and advertising pixel providers (such as Meta and Microsoft). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms, which we review before engaging them. We don't sell personal data.

7. Data Retention

Enquiry data is retained for as long as is needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and for up to 36 months after our last contact to allow us to respond to follow-up questions. Log and analytics data is retained for up to 26 months in aggregate form. You can ask us to delete your data at any time — see section 8.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate data, to ask us to delete your data, and to withdraw consent for processing based on consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 14 working days.

9. Data Security

We use standard technical measures — HTTPS in transit, access controls at rest — to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet is entirely free of risk, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data you share with us.

10. Children

This site is directed at businesses and professionals in the manufacturing sector. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data through this site, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be noted clearly when you next visit the site.
